anyway, I decided to pick up WoW again, so as a result I am putting the project on hold for the foreseeable future . . .

    Don't scare me like that!

And hey, if you need any CSS help, throw me a bone. I'll help as best I can.

    Oh, sorry..

Great work dude, I'm not sure if this has been answered before because I've been away for some time and haven't been paying much attention, but will this be a free project, or are you guys planning to release it for some moneys?

edit: lol something tells me somebody is working on the layout right now ;D

I'm doing it all for the benjamins. Or hopefully enough income to keep working on this game / other indie games full time.

We were crunching late last night to try and get one last little element of that menu fixed so we could post a video of it working in game. We almost have the menu swapping out and tweaking the colors of all the assets we have made so far. Hopefully we can fix it otherwise we will probably post a video of it slightly broken. Part of the problem is that for some reason my partner is trying to get me to learn and write and hack all the javascript for the menus which usually just results in him having to figure out where I broke stuff. Him: "you forgot to put and ending parenthesis here". Me: "you mean one of those bendy things?"

that's pretty awesome. however i think the color picker being its own randomly floating window is silly, it should be integrated to the picker window somehow. the player/car is nice, some idle animations would be nice and maybe the ability to rotate the car or something. lastly, a shadow under the car is needed.

eventually you will be inside your "garage" doing all this and there will be a lot more polish. I'm not handing it in for grading yet This is just the most basic first implementation of it being able to swap out models / change colors.
