Well, as far as I can see from the screenshots, you might indeed want to brighten up the ambient light to fit the sky better.

I love it! Looks like a deathmatch map like they're supposed to be, but then pretty.

Very cool. Get a 3D skybox going, and possibly some light fixtures on the top walls, and you're looking good to go

Very cool concept. Altough i agree with Reno about some kind of a 3D-sky.

Also, you use the same texture and lighting everywhere. I belive it will be very easy for anyone to get lost on that maze.

Perhaps use different lighting here and there, aswell as adding colourful plants in certain areas?

ahh. that makes me feel better. now finish but take your time if you need to. no one likes a rushed map. i'd rather wait a while longer and get the quality.

as you can see in the first pic i havent made a 3d skybox yet, also the lighting hasnt really changed much. all torches are placeholders and so is all "detailed" stuff im currently still detailing things out in bsp of wich many will in the end be replaced by models.

last thing i have to say: death-match Xtreme expect more info soon

the more q3ish it gets, the sweeter it looks!

My suggestion would be to design some focusal points with breathtaking architecture , you know, real eyecandy! If you would do that, this one would be one of the very very few maps for the source engine i actually like from the screens.
