Plot was thin, boring, nonsensical. Acting other than Ledger/Oldman/Caine/Freeman was dreadful (specifically bale/eckhart who were the majority of the movie. gyllenhaal was bad too... but no surprise there.)

Just nothing made any sense to me, even in a comic book way. Bale and Eckhart were just painful to watch.

For a two and a half hour movie, a meandering, boring, inane plot is a death sentence for me. No amount of special effects, or "omg so badass" moments, or good acting, or good cinematography can save it from that.

Again: IMHO. I know everyone else on the planet loves the movie.

And I really love Batman Begins.
