I don't know about the rest of you who live in the states but, personally,
I think this game is... well, F*CKING AMAAAAAZING!
The sound is absolutely incredible, it's huge and awesome and I love it. Visuals, animation, fx, sound, etc all combine with killer gameplay mechanics to make a truly enjoyable experience. Aside from the lame server lag I seem to be experiencing, money well spent. Going to be play this for hours on end in the coming weeks (months hopefully.)
Also really appreciate the little stuff Dice did for the PC release like custom FOV 
We got our early copies today. Fuck me SP looks amazing. Graphics tech wise, I love what they do with the colors without looking too monochromatic.

Are you talking about when you run up to the house as the american, then get talked into something weird by a russian spy?
I spammed mouse clicking when the talk was about to end and that did it for me. A buddy of mine said he had to alt tab during the talking in order to get mouse input to work.

Yup, I have finally solved the problem : if my mouse binding were in left-handed mode (in the game, not in windows) the QTE was ignoring my inputs.
I was obliged to momently reset to defaults the inputs.
I'm so tired of theses game which totally ignore the left-handed mouse users.
Seriously, it's so hard to take care of the mouse input correctly ?
