This industry is really crazy when even one of the most renowned studios can just disintegrate like that.

Damn man, really sorry to hear that . But yeah, honestly isn't that surprising considering the horror stories about IW right now, sounds like there's a pretty awful atmosphere there.

    Sooo, Respawn?

IW's loss. Sorry to hear that.

If you are on to Respawn then good luck there. If not, you've got 5 years of CoD games on your resume which is not a bad thing.

i know he is actually satan put on the earth to lower the standards, but how much of all this is his fault? There hasn't really been much explanation about it all, other than some lawsuits with pretty petty "he said/she said" bullshit.

How much involvement and responsibility do the two ex-IW leads have in the closure of IW. They set up Respawn in record time if you take their word that they had no plans to leave Activision.

So sure, Kotick is an incredibly evil little devil-child who has already permeated Blizzard with his poison spores (lol$25mount), but how much responsibility does he really have in all this?

Plus, one of Activisions objections is that Respawn have built themselves on their existing tech. And, err, isn't that correct? And didn't they do the same thing before?

Unfortunately Activision have set themselves up to be the indisputable bad guy so us gamer types get a very black and white viewpoint on everything they do.

I was just about to post that helder

Yeah taylor, that's totally still relevant and I was personally offended that the game cost me 30 euros at launch, as opposed to the 60 euros each MW has cost, with MW1 still being 54.99. God damn valve for wanting to make games.

Yeah, I hate it when Valve releases games too fast. They should take longer and put more value into it instead.
