D3ads Posted February 11, 2008 Report Posted February 11, 2008 Now that's a list I don't know many people who've played Requiem, it was kind of unnoticed when it was released but I really enjoyed it! Rise Of The Triad is one of those old games I never played actually Btw, Blake Stone screen for ya: Quote
Cybbe Posted February 11, 2008 Report Posted February 11, 2008 Don't forget Tron 2.0. Awesome game, really. Really. Released in 2003 as a sequel to the movie Tron. Quote
Acumen Posted February 12, 2008 Report Posted February 12, 2008 not that i ever played neither a game of the list nor the one im about to say, but still.... what about "The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay" - i thought that looked mighty fine and i think if i remember correctly it had quite high scores in magazines http://www.mobygames.com/game/windows/c ... JohnC Posted February 13, 2008 Report Posted February 13, 2008 Day of Defeat was released long before 2003, wasn't it? Quote
Chunks Posted February 13, 2008 Report Posted February 13, 2008 I only played the shareware version of this game, but it was pretty revolutionary to me at the time. It was called strife and you could converse with npc's, buy weapons, armor, etc. Almost a pseudo rpg/fps. The game world was pretty unique. http://www.mobygames.com/game/dos/strife Anyone remember this? I always wished I had bought it because I had so much fun w/ the demo. Quote
skdr Posted February 13, 2008 Report Posted February 13, 2008 Day of Defeat was released long before 2003, wasn't it? Yeah. Beta 1 was released in 2001 if I remember correctly. January or February. Quote
