The reason you're not in Silent Hill in Silent Hill 4: The Room is because all the Silent Hill bits were added later, when Konami decided they didn’t want to risk creating a new franchise. It’s not really one of the series.

I've no idea why they chose to develop this on the PSP, the best thing about the games is the strong atmosphere and it's very easy to get distracted on the bus or whatever. So you’d have to play it at home, where the tiny screen and obligatory headphones aren't as appealing.

Huh? Sometimes the cameras in Mario Galaxy were outright terrible.

Anyone know of a site or somewhere that I can get the Silent Hill series for relatively cheap? :E

It seems to be a common complaint but I barely had a second thought about the camera throughout. I dunno, maybe I have a higher tolerance for that stuff.
