It's a team build by those who've quit GSC long time ago (I think), someone linked me to their page and the game they are doing is Stalker basiclly, even the assets look similar, engine is almost a copy...

sounds ok to me, only bad thing I see is that the story is based off a book, which might make some people angry if the game isn't true to the book.
