Erratic
Anyone see it yet? Probably the best movie I've seen to be released in the last few years. And I really liked The Departed. Completely worth your time to check it out. It's pretty brilliant. Nothing got me out to the theatres for awhile, what with the massive amounts of big bullshit coming out over this past summer (TRANSFORMERS) and whatever other 250+ million dollar movie you can name. It's just nice to know there's always a real film to come along every now and then to put that stuff to shame.

Psyshokiller
Did you guys notice the music playing in the background on that page? Reminds me of the Kane and Lynch music from the trailers.
Erratic
Doh, probably should have linked to more info I guess Here's another trailer http://www.apple.com/trailers/miramax/nocountryforoldmen/trailer/
Buddy
I can't understand why people go to watch Harry Gay XIX instead of such a good movie! This movie gross and interest is really too low
jaboo224
Its the movies that go to theatre and get blocked out by blockbusters that end up being the true hits. I recently watched Rescue Dawn and WOW! such a good movie.
Mojo
saw it over the weekend. Definitely very good and definitely a movie that leaves you thinking (as in there are somethings that are left open to the audience to interpret or discuss amongst themselves). It was rather violent as well, I mean what would you expect from a guy that walks around with a silenced shotgun. The sound design was amazing, I won't go into specifics (spoilers, etc) but there is a scene where the main character is making a phone call that is just creepy. Spoilerish Funny you mention the sound. I read somewhere (after seeing the movie) that there's no music during the entire film. I was pretty surprised by that, never really noticed. And for some reason I think this makes the movie doubly awesome Spoilerish
Steppenwolf
I definately want to see No Country for Old Men. And there really haven't been many good movies this year. :/ One of the better ones that i have seen was 3:10 to Yuma.
Minos
ah it's directed by the coen brothers, it can't be wrong
Mazy
Just saw it, really liked it, definitely one of the best movies this year. I loved the way of telling the story, felt like it really respected its audience as opposed to just stuffing down all the plot details in a boring way. I also haven't been this much at the edge of my seat while watching a movie in quite a while, some pretty intense scenes in it Also I'll be very surprised if Javier Bardem isn't in for a lot of roles in the near future, haven't seen him in anything before but he's absolutely brilliant in this movie, likely the best creepy bad guy in a movie ever
