I especially liked Micheal Andrews Manipulated Living. I noticed some people liked Apocalyptica, thats that chello band right? If so i really like their music as well. :]! Quote

I do play the cello myself and can play some of theyr tracks/songs (ofc only one part of the four at a time ^^) but I find it very enjoyable to listen to good rock with such decent melody and instruments. [...] David Bowie [...] Getting you on the Apo-Track as well - have you heard Apocalyptica ft. Till Lindemann (Rammstein) on Helden (Heroes is the original song by Bowie)? http://de.youtube.com/watch?v=gbgGXtr-BKo Quote

Cybbe Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 I do not have any simply because; I can create music for myself... Isn't that kinda contradictory to your avatar? Also, isn't it kinda lame to be listening to your own music? :x And even as a composer, you'd think inspiration would also be drawn at least a little, from somewhere else? Quote

Cybbe Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 http://youtube.com/watch?v=sUnAxegUJu0 Yeah, that is some of their new stuff. It's a bit more rock/metalish than they usually are. But it's actually pretty nice. Played it at both concerts I went to with them in Denmark Really, really nice band ;D Though I prefer some of their older stuff. The album "Stupid Dream" or "In Absentia" or something along the lines of that. But they fucking rock And they have some videos running on a screen behind them at concerts. Some really nice stuff there sometimes, that brings the best out of the music sometimes, and creates a lot of interesting connections Quote

Yet you forgot about them dux: mallgoth is what you and I would call a 'minimosher', I said it in jesting way because of Coal Chamber, Disturbed and the like Coal Chamber are pretty legendary with me and my friends, we have our own dance to 'Loco'.. I don't mind Slipknot still, some of their songs still have plenty of life in them, especially the S/T. Quote
