Pc demo ran like a dream on max, sure as hell getting this. I love the intense arcade style combat of the cod series.

Yeah, that was a tough topic. We knew from the start we didn't want it set in Iraq but people just think it is anyway. We wanted to keep it pretty nondescript.

The amount of advertising this game is getting is obscene. Take Eurogamer for instance, when I visited there every advert was Call of Duty 4 on the main page. If you watch a trailer movie on Eurogamer the entire background is Call of Duty 4, clicking anywhere on the page redirects you to the Call of Duty 4 homepage and before you watch the trailer you have to watch one for Call of Duty 4.

That's a sick amount of money being spent and, heh, I'm surprised they gave one of the lower scores (relatively speaking). Though I'm not trying to imply here it's a bad game, it looks awesome.

Just played it for the 360, and im impressed, so much fun.

Got to maybe the third/fourth mission in SP, and about an hour of MP. The SP is ultra on a rails (what'd you expect?) but everything looks great. MP is pretty fun too.

Alright played about 8 hours of mp, I give it a 10, great work on the game guys. It is as polished as tf2 and very fun & rewarding.

The sp is also really good. Very cool experiences and wow factory every mission.

Just played it for a good 1 hour or so, got to the end of the TV station level. Fucking amazing game so far, and if it keeps this level of quality then I won't be disappointed about it being some 5 hours long. People should stop whining about short games if they're this good while they last

Oh and best opening sequence to a game, ever. (Not the training mission though, tanker and the car ride)!
