Is it possible to boot up the editor from the demo?

No bioshock didn't ship, and it will not ship with an UE3 editor.

Nope, and apparantly they're trying to deny they were planning it despite them having a "Bioshock Editor" splash image in the directory.

They had to make the maps themself don't they, editor splash image is with all UE based games, ie Undying had it but there was no editor etc. It was for company usage.

There is a video where one of the developers stated that the engine they used for Bioshock is a bastard of UE2, UE2.5 and UE3. It might be too much effort for 2k Games to make a solid editor for that.

did you guys try duplicating your bioshock shortcut, and adding editor at the end of the properties?
