Taylor Posted October 15, 2007 Report Posted October 15, 2007 As long as you buy in the end I guess that's all well and good for the publishers/developers. I know a lot of people say they warez 'n' buy to sound all righteous and such but never actually do, though. Hopefully you're not one of those filthy animals. I used to pirate (yarr) a lot of stuff, because I was younger, so warez were cool and not to mention stuck it to The Man. But in recent years I've not done any of that, I find that if I pay for it I’m more likely to finish it and appreciate it anyway. But having said that I also shelled out for Bioshock and found because their support is completely useless it doesn't actually work on my computer, which has had no problem with any other current games. And the faceless machine of Steam is quite hard to argue the toss with. After disabling the tablet and enduring 15+ minutes load times I can play the first level at 5fps on moderate graphics, and it will crash on the next load screen at best. Money well spent. Quote
