I'm really looking some comments and suggestions Thanks.Hey sdkr! Long time no see! Ok here are my suggestions for that texture: On the yellow lines, the brush you used to make them look chipped is bad, it needs more of a cracking brush, chips should be taken out, it looks like someone went kung fu with a rake on those lines. The road is pretty good, a little too dark, I suggest giving it a slight blur and messing around with the brightness and contrast to get it a bit lighter. Those things on the sides...I'm not sure what they are supposed to be...By me, they recently added gutters to the sides of the road. They used regular white/gray cement and put them at a downward angle so that the water that runs along them goes into the gutters. I don’t know what you were going for with what you have on the edges there, but you might want to consider just making it light gray cement, similar to a sidewalk. (It would be neat if you put black lines every 2 or three inches. They are usually added to curbs and such to account for the expansion of roads). Quote

FrieChamp Posted November 3, 2003 Report Posted November 3, 2003 I refered to your typo "sued". (to) sue: "To prosecute; to make legal claim; to seek (for something) in law; as, to sue for damages." Nevermind though.. Quote

Guest The_Postman Posted November 4, 2003 Report Posted November 4, 2003 I left DoD back in 1979 because it was becoming too commercial, my independent rap/punk/newwave/hiphop/technobeat/gothrock band "Jiggle the Melon Bread" never really made it the way I wanted to. I've been talking with some of the old DoD about doing a reunion tour in Europe though. Quote
zaphod Posted November 4, 2003 Report Posted November 4, 2003 I'm down. My solo career has gone down the crapper since I left dod. Quote
