Joining the party a bit late, but I just wanted to mention that I also think the game's really good fun. I've never been a huge fan of TFC and only played it on LANs, but I don't regret purchasing TF2.

One of the very few games that don't just "promote teamplay", like a label on the box of the game, which is in most cases only necessary and executed in clan matches, it really requires team effort to be successful.

I don't know about everyone else, but most of the time I "really" want my team to win and not just get a lot of frags of whatever. Sure I'm happy when I break my record for frags in one go, or number of destroyed fortifications or whatever, but most of the time I'm trying to play the class my team would benefit the most from and be successful that way.

Only question remaining is - when does Valve release a new "hunted" ?

Someone at CS-Nation went to Valve for interviews and QA and whatnot and apparently hunted is in the works!

After playing tf2 now since the beta came out I've grown less fond of it with every game. So many little things about it the frustrate the crap out of me.

The game gets more and more enjoyable for every update Valve pulls out, and hopefully the release of The Orange Box will bring another with cp_badlands included (also saw cp_bridge.bsp somewhere).

Played a bit of Portal, love it. I'll admit that I might not be that quick when it comes to figuring these kinda things out but who gives a fuck if you're having fun . Love the style~

Gonna play some episode 2 later. I figured it would be easier to get back to work after lil bit of Portal rather than Episode 2

Portal had some lengths and was quite tricky to beat but the humor is so f*cking funny and the outro is the best thing we have seen in a long time - ascii art ftw.

I just watched that pyro youtube video and omg it's .. I don't know if beautiful is the right word but the pyro is such an amazing class it works wonderfully.

Btw to touch on TF2 it's the only game I've played in a long long time where people are actually friendly and use voice comms 80% of the time. Good game, good community.
