mjens
hi, I've bought a SATA HDD and remove all IDE's from my PC and connected SATA, installed Win XP SP2, connected IDE HDD's to take some apps on a new HDD and heres the problem. Windows is allways booting from IDE HDD... I've tryed to change it in Phenix bios but I have only option "Hard drive" (no HDD-0 or SATA like in Award bios) so I can't decide which exactly drive I want a boot from... Any other ideas? ⌐■_■
I'd to try to check if there's a newer version of your bios available. If that doesn't unluck this option I'd guess you'd have to buy SATA enabled mobo.
