Hello, let me start off by saying I have no real experience with 3D modelling, and I'm still very unfamiliar with common actions (most notably in this case, adding joints and keyframes).

I'm trying to get a shotgun model into Max Payne 2 using Milkshape. It's a rather simple model, with two groups, if that helps. I made two joints, selected a group and then clicked "assign" in the joints tab once for each joint. I selected the whole model, clicked the "anim" button, set a key frame, moved the keyframe slider over to 2, set a keyframe, and so on to 5.

I exported the mesh and the joints seperately, as mesh and pose .kf2's, respectively. I compiled the files into a mod, but before it even made it to the menu, the game crashed saying "projectile enemy_pumpshotgun was shorter than minimum frame length(0)". As far as I know, this means I hadn't actually added any frames to the model.

I've looked online for Tutorials that would cover this, but there don't seem to be any specifically for Max Payne 2. I know, this is basic knowledge and it's probably ridiculous that I'm stumped on this, but any guidance on the steps to this process would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
