Hey guys,

I've been working on a digital art community site for quite some time now, to cut it short it's kind of a hybrid of the best bits of a myspace and deviantart site, with lots of my own added features and ideas.

If anyone reads 'ComputerArts' magazine, a highly read art magazine accross the globe, ive managed to get a feature within the coming few months on the site - which will be great advertising for us.

Anyway, although there's still a lot of little things that are always being updated on a daily basis - the time has come to expand our beta testers.

Im inviting all mapcore members to come register on the site, upload some artwork (mostly game development related id pressume!) and would be absolutely awesome if you could also post an introduction post on the forum, then once I put you in the alpha testing group - feel free to post any feedback on the site in there.

Click here to go to the site and register an account if you are interested :) thanks guys, much appreciated.

I tried signing up, but theres something wrong with your signupsheet

REG-001: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 's Hammer Editor','skjalgsm@hotmail.com')' at line 2

I think you need to escape more shit (run it through one hell of a regexp thing before you try to do the SQL sentence). <- me trying to act smart :)

edit: I think the problem was the ' in Valve's Hammer Editor

Hey man, I can't find the edit art option :o

Would be nice if the art category was neutral instead of set to "photography" by default, on the upload page.

That feature was removed because there was a bug I couldn't fix immediately. It will be back later on today - will be able to edit art description and art category.

If you wish to make sure it's correct right away, then you can still delete an artwork post by going to your profile, then to 'view all art' - and then reupload :)
