gcfscape thinks steam is running when it's not

Yep. I get this very same error on the DOD and CS gcf.

I hope someone comes up with a fix for this, since I desperatly need something in the CS gcf :/

Reboot your computer, make sure Steam doesn't start and then remove clientregistry.blob...

Now try to open the gcf file

my gcfscape was out of date. i downloaded a new one from nem's page and it works fine now.
