Skjalg Posted July 21, 2007 Report Posted July 21, 2007 I'd love to tell you more about it but unfortunately my lawyers want me to save my comments for the courthouse so I'm going to do my best to comply with their wishes. The Main Allegations Skjalg claims: "St0lve promised me a tutorial on how to render textures with specularity- and normal maps im 3D Studio Max! He was supposed to do this on Friday the 20th of August 2007" The suit continues: "However, that deadline came and went without st0lve providing Skjalg with a functional version of the tutorial. Indeed, I doubt it will never come, which is far too late for time and cost-sensitive projects like Skjalg’s projects). Even at this belated date, though, St0lve has not provided any guidance to Skjalg in how to implement the textures in 3D Studio Max." St0lve's Own Tutorials Taking Priority? The lawsuit charges: "In particular, at the same time that St0lve was supposed to be supporting Skjalg St0lve was also racing to complete and market his own tutorials: “How to drink alcohol” and “Kick the party pooper!"" MrBaracuda Posted July 21, 2007 Report Posted July 21, 2007 You should also mention that stolve is making huge profits off his tutorials he's using for himself but doesn't share with you although he promised to finish them for you, resulting in a deficit for you. Quote
