zaphod Posted September 3, 2004 Report Posted September 3, 2004 by the way, in case any of these are actually gonna get used, the texture scale is 4x, so a 128 x 128 hl1 texture would be a 512x512 hl2 texture. Also, only powers of 2 textures are valid. Quote
OL Posted September 3, 2004 Report Posted September 3, 2004 well it feels kinda sloppy but i think this one looks ok, and im learning! orig: Quote
Mazy Posted September 3, 2004 Report Posted September 3, 2004 always saw that texture as some plastic panels and not as stone, but cool Quote
Pericolos0 Posted September 3, 2004 Report Posted September 3, 2004 looks okay ol but blurry. Every pixel should represent a detail. Quote

mikezilla Posted September 3, 2004 Report Posted September 3, 2004 a few things... you added ... what i suppose is water damage to this texture... but coming from the trim part? Just looks odd and totally unreal. Also, somebody else mention you made this stone and not plastic... they were correct... its just odd, it doesn't say LAB to me. Think about that texture actually in a clean lab enviorment and mimic that. I may try this one as well later, just to give you guys some ideas. Quote
