I was very surprised to discover that the guy actually really exist, and i'm still wondering why the heck did they make a Videogame about him !!!

Perhaps the developers were bored and saw him walking on the sidewalk and thought that some guy with an überish mustasch, blowing peoples brains out is exactly what the gamers need...
