The second and last 52 hours speedmapping contest for the HL engine, maybe some of you guys are interested in participating.

That sounds pretty cool. I like the idea of exclusive textures, sprites and models. It will make it a bit harder for people to cheat and start early.

i remember the old 52 hour contest, i actuaully made something for it i think.

Yea I remember the old one too, I even finished a map in that timeframe and submitted it, but it didn't make very far. That must have been hmm...2001 I think.

The contest starts when my 2 week vacation starts, so its a good way to spend my first 52 hours of freedom
