I agree - that's what I love about mapcore: it's very free of the usual internet bullshit; but now wtf is happening lately, don't want to point fingers but this and the TF2 thread have been ruined by the same kinds of people :S

anyone know how the toss get there units ? you can create them in the build zones or wherever the energy is flowing but when i watched teh movie what I heard was : "As long as you have enough energy"

Stop trolling leileilol. This is entirely subjective argument, and you know it. While you evidently didn't think much of HL2, doesn't the fact that it won countless high ratings, awards, and general support from fans suggest that perhaps not everyone thinks it's as bad as you do?

What, do you think you're some kind of enlightened person who's the only one capable of seeing how bad the game is or something? Not everyone shares your opinion. The majority of people think HL2 is great. They disagree with you. Deal with it.

That's why your arguments about SC2 are fairly irrelevant. Just because you personally don't want a sequel that's anything like its predecessor doesn't mean nobody else does, nor does it mean it's a bad game because it's fulfilling what a lot of people want -- more of the same, but updated and jigged around. This is why Command & Conquer remains popular. It's not changed that much in 12 years; it's definitely evolved on the gameplay front, but visually it remains very similar.

It's extremely annoying to read your posts because one minute you're bitching like a pansy about Starcraft 2 being too similar to its predecessor (despite you having seen a very limited amount of its gameplay), yet in another thread you're whining because Team Fortress 2 isn't exactly the same as TFC or QWTF and dared to remove something like grenades.

And then you go around saying how good Duke Nukem Forever will be, despite having seen exactly zero of the game's current build.

It'd probably be a lot better for us all if you either stopped posting altogether or started putting some substance into your posts, because at the moment they amount to little more than rampant annoyance.

Ooookay boys and girls, this has been a heated yet somewhat interesting discussion, but I think somewhere on page 11-12 it just turned into a troll fest.

I find it concerning that many members seem to get so easily offended, when somebody disagrees with their opinion.

Especially when the discussion is about a video game.

On the internet.

And I think it is not bad at all when people disagree and have different opinions, because this prevents this healthy discussion platform into a flaming fanboy stronghold.

So please keep your thoughts and opinions coming and live with the fact that no matter how reasonable and well thought out your points are, no matter how hard you stress them out and back them up - you might not convince the other person and need to let go.

Having said that - when you post your opinion or comment on other people's post, have some fucking respect.

For example - Sentura - how long have you been here again? A couple of months? Now you post one liners like "game xy sucks" and everyone else here has Blizzard's cock in his mouth.

You just don't do that, mmkay? It's common courtesy and when you feel the urge to give your 2 cents, please put a bit more thought into your posts.

But that is just an example and I don't want to burn anyone, there are others who need to catch up a bit on the "valuable post" side of the things as well!

So now please be marry people and feel free to open up a fresh, seperate Starcraft 2 thread. So we can talk games again and less about who's being the dick here, thanks!
