Ground Zero?

Ok i dont want to bust any ones balls or being a jerk or be rude to any one by this. But i saw on Discovery about Ground Zero and that they had a lot of problems and internal fights about what was supposed to be built there. The documentery was probably from 2004-2006. So now i wounder what have happend? Have they agreed on something to build there? Have they start to build something or is it even done? No trolls pls in this thread k. It´s for my own curiosity only.
