i got 5 levels in dayofdefeat (4 actually but one is still in there since they upped it on steam with a diffrent name and couldnt delete the old one so right now its kinda like dod_merderet and dod_merderet2 (sturm)

in 2003 i went to E3 met alot of the dod guys from valve

+ mojo holeman and izuno

was a great trip.

begin 2004 i almost made it to valve as a leveldesigner but .. thanks to america's fine imigration laws that failed...

later 2004 i almost made it to ubisoft C.A with klein but again imigration laws gave us a hard time .. klein was lucky enough to pull it off but it wasnt easy.

although those 2 things prety much sucked it was really cool to have the interviews and all ..

guess ill have to find something in europe

@IR: get a degree!!!

@ topic: I was hired before finishing highschool and moved from Germany to Canada a few months later to work at Ubisoft at the age of 18. I think that is quite the accomplishment even though I don't like to brag about it. I still have a lot to learn and right now for me it's all about getting some full-time experience. I wish it would have worked out for IR with the immigration... would have loved to work with him fulltime.
