Minos Posted March 13, 2007 Report Posted March 13, 2007 That's one huge collection Hessi: I don't think you are hurting anybody by downloading those STs... they arent even available at stores so.... Quote
JamesL Posted March 13, 2007 Report Posted March 13, 2007 La la la la la la la laaaaaaah Katamari Damacy Quote
Thrik Posted March 13, 2007 Report Posted March 13, 2007 Some of them certainly are, so it's definitely an illegal list. Whether or not you find it ethical to download soundtracks from games you own is your choice. Quote
Grinwhrl Posted March 13, 2007 Report Posted March 13, 2007 who cares, they are certainly hard to find in stores anyway and a rip off to buy. Quote
hessi Posted March 13, 2007 Report Posted March 13, 2007 thrik is right: the complete burnout soundtrack is made of comercial tracks. Quote
Izuno Posted March 13, 2007 Report Posted March 13, 2007 who cares, they are certainly hard to find in stores anyway and a rip off to buy. I suppose, but I liked the Mercenaries soundtrack so much I actually found an official CD online and bought it. Very happy with my purchase! Quote

Jesper Kyd is the Man, and yea, Mercenaries is a great soundtrack like the Hitman OST's which I bought as well. Quote
KoKo5oVaR Posted March 13, 2007 Report Posted March 13, 2007 I've downloaded the whole shadow of the colossus soundtrack, i'm a terrorist And on an ethic view, buying music from a game you already bought ( and in consequence the music going with it ) is complete bullshit, and in my opinion, just a pretext for the publisher to make money on the fanboys back. But i say that, i say nothing .. Quote
Taylor Posted March 13, 2007 Report Posted March 13, 2007 Only games I've got physical soundtracks for come bundled with obscure Japanese games, unless it's games that have real music like GTA it's a pain in the ass to get an OST over here. Quote
KoKo5oVaR Posted March 13, 2007 Report Posted March 13, 2007 And i was wondering something, if a soundtrack cd from a game is made, by who the money is taken ? the publisher, the devloppement studio ? And does the musician got royalities on the sells ? Quote
