The brush work is for undetailed stuff, flat walls on 90 degree planes, floors, ceilings. Patches for pipes, curves, etc, EVERYWHERE! Models for computers, lots of animated tech stuff, doors, door trim, chairs, arcade machines. It's awesome.

Here are some wip pic's. I'm going for a clean simple look, and now its more simple than it should because I haven't added any models yet, such as lights, barels, door frames, blah. Also I'm abusing patches because I can!

I'm calling it "actually lite" right now, since the current official d3 mp maps don't appear to have any lights. It also has things that mp maps should have like large hallways, high ceilings, and lights strong enough to see other players.

hmm camera controls are weird but its kinda okay when ur using the arrows. Like you're running through the map classic doom style :D~~

Too fiddly for me, it would take days just to get a room done :(. GTK support shouldn't take that long though.

I just started pickin up D3 mapping today, quite a blast actually. If it wasnt for Nightwatch.. I would never go back to hammer hehe... or would I  Anyways DD, looking good :D.. a lack of detail and models though.. but I do want to know how you got those lovely railings.. are they models or are the cylinder patches?

Or maybe you could be so kind to post the .map so I could go through and take a look at what you have done.. It will most deff give me a better understanding :D
