Steppenwolf Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 Sad, weird and kinda funny story... Today i lost my job because of a trash video that i made at my workplace in the town hall. It was a little weird video but it was harmless and didnt showed much. Some people here may have seen it. One of the PR guys from my town must have found it (there was a video with sights of my town in the same youtube account) and showed it the town mayor, who today personaly kicked me  They said i have seriously harmed the reputation of my town. What a joke! I love my town... Now im even prohibited to enter the town hall and will not get any money from the work agency within next three months. I plan to go to court with that. I made a mistake, yes. But no reason to fire me from one day to the next. Quote
Spellbinder Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 Wth!!! Yeah sue their asses off! Also link the vid pls. Take it to the europe court for human rights. And what about freedom of speech? Quote
D3ads Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 What the fuck? They sound like complete tools, show us the video and we'll decide if it's offensive or not... Quote
Minos Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 haha are you fucking serious stepp ? That can't be true man... what a bunch of assholes. Which video caused you to get fired ? The one with your weird friend ? (stepp removed the videos apparently) Quote
Spellbinder Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 Why would he remove it if he allready got fired? Quote
Steppenwolf Posted October 27, 2006 Author Report Posted October 27, 2006 Why would he remove it if he allready got fired? Because i will sue them. a) i dont want that the reason for the firing still exists when i go to court b) dont want to be sued by them c) my hopes are that nobody of them was smart enough to save the video Quote
Spellbinder Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 As much as i can understand your reasoning doesn't that points to that you are guilty if you remove it? Was it that bad? Quote
Steppenwolf Posted October 27, 2006 Author Report Posted October 27, 2006 As much as i can understand your reasoning doesn't that points to that you are guilty if you remove it? Was it that bad? Actualy i am guilty that i did this failure but in my opinion the video was too harmless to be a valid reason for a immediate firing. A warning would have done the job because im smart enough to learn my lessons. I'm glad we got labour laws in germany. I hope they will save my ass. From now on the video is only for my advocate and the court (if necessary). Quote
OL Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 serves you right for kicking me out of INS Quote
