you must have a pretty long macro lens to get that close to the butterfly/moth and a fly. great shots though. i love the color and clarity. very nice. the best shots are 1 5 and 6 i think. the last one.. not so much. too busy. what F-stop was it? could you have gone wider? if you could, you should have. anything to blur the background a little more. the leaves just make it too busy and draw attention away from your subject.

Awsome! I like the 7th best, great idea to make the background b/w! I hope i will learn how to take macso pictures but it will never be the same with a digital. But at least making use of it.

I would love to have a system camera, but these pics are taken with a Canon Ixus 55. So I cant setup the camera exactly like I want, but I takes pretty good pictures anyway.
