You should spend the last 7 tris on some flames on some of the towers.

I'm adding a little something to the rules. You can also now paint a ground decal that is used to make you buildings blend with the environment.. this is done in most rts games :), so i though it would be cool to allow this too. The decal texture can be up to 128x128 pixels.

Did i say that the model stinks? No, i didnt. STFU.

Puberty maybe? Tone down the mood swings. All I said was it was looking better....

so we can have a plane with a repeating 128² tex on it? Or am I misunderstanding something?

It doesn't have to repeat. The ground decal is just a 128x128 texture that is applied onto the terrain underneath your building. So you can use it to make it look like the ground is worn away, or has some nice gardens on it, or has scattered litter, or a path, or whatever :) Its not the ACTUAL terrain texture, so it doesn't have to tile.
