You can also now paint a ground decal that is used to make you buildings blend with the environment.. this is done in most rts games , so i though it would be cool to allow this too. The decal texture can be up to 128x128 pixels. Quote

ReNo Posted September 14, 2006 Report Posted September 14, 2006 It doesn't have to repeat. The ground decal is just a 128x128 texture that is applied onto the terrain underneath your building. So you can use it to make it look like the ground is worn away, or has some nice gardens on it, or has scattered litter, or a path, or whatever Its not the ACTUAL terrain texture, so it doesn't have to tile.
