Logging In

Does anyone else have to keep logging in, MapCore is the only forum that doesnt seem to remember any cookies, sometimes I have to login in an hour later than logging on

i randomly get logged off about once a week, maybe longer

Yeah I get the same, Firefox seems to 'forget' all my passwords and logs me out of all the forums so I have to enter the details again

Just had to log in again to post. It's decieving as I load the page, glance and see no new replies, then realise im not logged in and see theres loads.

This happens to me too, and as said probably all of us with some exceptions. What i do is to delete the cookie and then it works for a while again, until its time again.

This has been pointed out a lot of times before but for the same of tradition:

If you find yourself logged out, make sure you haven't gone to mapcore.net instead of www.mapcore.net. For some reason PHPBB treats the two as two totally different sites, so if you're usually logged in via one and follow a link to the other, it'll show you as logged out.

The real pain is that if you try to log in on one, it seems to wipe your cookie for the other. So before logging in, check that URL.
