Defrag Posted October 31, 2009 Report Posted October 31, 2009 dux: You might want to use pm for stuff like that in future Anyway, I've just changed job. I'm still at Realtime Worlds, but now I'm now a plain ol' Software Engineer instead of a Software Engineer in Test.

Furyo Posted November 3, 2009 Report Posted November 3, 2009 A few here already know about this, but it's time to announce it as I got all the details just now....I'm leaving Ubisoft Montreal for a few months at Ubisoft Porto Alegre, Brazil, where I will act as the lead level designer on a brand new production from a studio Ubisoft recently acquired. I start there next monday and can't wait to discover the amazing team, city and country. Our own Arhurt is a level designer there so that's twice the fun Now to organize the trip in 4 days....
-HP- Posted November 3, 2009 Report Posted November 3, 2009 Oh, didn't knew about that man! that is GREAT news! Congratulations! Good luck in there man, and above all, have fun!
FrieChamp Posted November 3, 2009 Report Posted November 3, 2009 Cool, that means you are going to work with mino? And you are going to return to Montréal at some point sooner or later?
Furyo Posted November 3, 2009 Report Posted November 3, 2009 Mino is in Sao Paulo but yeah we've talked about working together at one point. I remain a Canadian employee and this is just a mission. Of course I have yet to see a mission that hasn't ended with the full employment of the employee at the end of it, but you never know. For now I intend to return to Montreal at one point.
