Ginger Lord Posted July 15, 2006 Report Posted July 15, 2006 Ham and Jam is a teamplay orientated, first person WW2 mutliplayer game centred around the British and Commonwealth campaigns from 1939-45. Historically accurate missions coupled with careful balance between realistic and enjoyable gameplay makes Ham and Jam a unique experience. It's not just another run of the mill ww2 game, visit the site for more info: http://www.hamandjam.org Animators We are in need of another animator to help the existing animators in their tasks. Virtually all weapons for the mod have been modelled and now need to be animated. We are animating our models before skinning as we can then delete backfaces and make the textures use the map better, rather than spending time texturing something that will never be seen. Applicants must be able to rig the models (a arm rig is provided, but weapons are not rigged/boned). We would prefer applicants that work in Max as well as applicants with previous Mod Experience and the ability to compile the weapons so they work ingame but this is not compulsory. If you feel upto the task, e-mail: jobs@hamandjam.org with the subject line of [HaJ] Animator Prop Modellers We are seeking some modellers to help expand the current modelling team. We have positions for both vehicles and large props as well as smaller everyday items. Applicants with previous mod experience prefered. Applicants with abilities to UV and compile would be a very big bonus. Thanks, John "Ginger Lord" Crewe
st0lve Posted July 16, 2006 Report Posted July 16, 2006 If TrackIR gets inplented into Source, you'll have a hell of a crappy time recreating those backfaces that will be seen if you use TrackIR
Ginger Lord Posted July 16, 2006 Author Report Posted July 16, 2006 Tell me about it, one of the guys on the team is obsessed with TrackIR and won't give it up.
Ginger Lord Posted September 23, 2006 Author Report Posted September 23, 2006 This post is open again, the animators we took on board did some work and then have just gone missing.
Defrag Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 GL GL(ha!) I know how hard animators are to find, so please help this chap out if you can.
