Guest The_Postman Posted July 5, 2004 Report Posted July 5, 2004 Both? Both are required to get the most out of modeling. Quote
Mazy Posted July 5, 2004 Author Report Posted July 5, 2004 its funny cuz when i first came to IO i was constantly joking about how most of em use edit mesh, but now Ive been converted too D:! but yah posteh, usually i also use both when im building stuff up, but when i strip everything (we have to strip stuff cuz the ps2 sax ;G) edit mesh is alot easier to work with, and in general i find myself in edit mesh more (its especially handy since u have to colapse ur stack to do a edit poly, where as u can just add edit mesh as a modifier) anyway, fllufflcack Quote
Pericolos0 Posted July 5, 2004 Report Posted July 5, 2004 so really whats the difference. I'm a newb at max and ppl told me to use mesh "because its better" but i have no idea why actually Quote
