skdr Posted May 3, 2006 Report Posted May 3, 2006 I don't want to sound like asshole but those website graphics are totally "noob'ish" to be honest. Ugly filters and colors etc. Content itself is pretty good, professional work etc. But the site design is far from professional. Quote
Polaris Posted May 3, 2006 Report Posted May 3, 2006 Every time somebody uses frames a puppy drowns  Nice Content though Quote

Kedhrin Posted May 3, 2006 Author Report Posted May 3, 2006 I've had my portfolio checked out by a huge handful of industry pro's before putting it up. I've made a lot of changes. The only one that still remains is the images opening in the frames. I won't be changing my portfoflio now as it's good enough. Other than getting the images to open in a new window. At this point in time I can't spend any more time on it other than putting up new content. Quote
kleinluka Posted May 3, 2006 Report Posted May 3, 2006 I won't be changing my portfoflio now as it's good enough. LOL nice attitude. I could list a number of things you could do to improve it. Quote
Kedhrin Posted May 4, 2006 Author Report Posted May 4, 2006 i'm sure you could, as well as a lot of people... i just don't have the time to do anything right now. I need to fully focus on new content right now. (i'm sure you could understand the pressure of a deadline and having to just let things go, i'll get to it later) Quote
Oski Posted May 4, 2006 Report Posted May 4, 2006 I guess you dont have time to change yet, but sometimes, extremely simple is muuch better. My brother is doing some web design, and he always uses simple clean styles. A few examples: http://www.jontornros.com/ -his blogsite http://www.rockfonzie.com/ -some site http://rockfonzie.com/jon/sidor/tent/swf/flash.htm just a tip for the future. Quote
Kedhrin Posted May 4, 2006 Author Report Posted May 4, 2006 I have a design in mind thats really simple... the problem is, i'm a super noob at html. (main reason why i don't want to work on this anymore. it'd take me 2 or 3 days to make a new site). oh well, in due time. Quote
