No idea, really. Any company who have the finances to go their own way and make the stuff they want to make, as opposed to a triple A licensed snoozefest pushed by men in suits. Valve is always the ultimate goal, even if I'll never make it close to that far. Rockstar is cool too; they gave their entire GTA team a month off after the game shipped (though I'm not sure I could face working on GTA 15: Zimmer Theft)

I've always wanted to work at Valve or Monolith. Ever since I got FarCry i wanted to work at CryTek. I bet Raven would be an awesome place to work too. Working on the JK series... yessss.... I'm sure there are others, but can't think of them... KFS, give us JK4.
