Most used texture...Ever!?

I once found this texture:

And I've used it since I started modelling, that's about 3 years or a little more / less.

And look what I figured out, spookey...

This texture is being used way too much, and it's very ugly! Don't you think?

Yeah, think the first time I saw it was in the original UT, they used it ingame as well. It's one of those textures you get in the most basic texture sets that loads of companies buy/bought.
