I'm finalzing it for my demo reel and would love some input from you guys. The title is a wip. I've used a little of my own content with a lot of content from unreal. Hourences Posted February 22, 2006 Report Posted February 22, 2006 Its decent and it is pretty concistent which is good as people often do that wrong in ut2 However you got a problem with leaving things too flat and reperative, which happens mostly on your floors altho the second upper picture also has the problem on the ceiling Your floors/ceilings are very flat areas with just 1 texture, you should bring in some variation in height and texture change and trim off things. In the last picture the edge of the concrete really needs trimming for example Your lighting also is pretty white plus pretty overall, better sourcing and better themed colors might help Quote

JamesL Posted February 23, 2006 Report Posted February 23, 2006 Those first two shots really remind me of the kind of atmosphere created in System Shock 2. Specifically the Arboretum deck about half way through the game. That's a good thing btw, SS2 is one of best games of all time imho. Quote

I've got another map in teh works aswell that needs to be finished this week. However I did take into consideration the details throughout the map and a few lighting tweaks. Quote
