Kosmo Posted January 26, 2006 Report Posted January 26, 2006 I got that video with one of my ATI cards when I bought it, there was some car video too with neat shaders and all. The coordination in the movie is just mindblowing! Quote
cdxx Posted January 26, 2006 Report Posted January 26, 2006 wow.... just wow. I don't know much about animation but that had to take FOREVER! Quote
⌐■_■ Posted January 26, 2006 Report Posted January 26, 2006 Go Ati! Music reminds me a bit of AOE II... Quote
mawibse Posted January 26, 2006 Report Posted January 26, 2006 Yeah got that demo (realtime rendered as in you could move the camera if you wished) with my old 9700, aaaages agoooo! Aparently it was a remake of a prerendered vid to showcase the 9700. Quote
RD Posted January 26, 2006 Report Posted January 26, 2006 i noticed not every ball hitting the drums makes a sound Quote
mawibse Posted January 26, 2006 Report Posted January 26, 2006 In the demo it worked perfectly, never missed a sound, and I watched it for hours... well a while at least. Quote
Section_Ei8ht Posted January 26, 2006 Report Posted January 26, 2006 according to the guy that made that, its actually a program he wrote. All he has to do is establish the setting he wants (make all the models and things), and then through an interface, place the music that he wants to play on the certain instuments, and the program does the rest. So if he already has the setting built, he can write a new song and produce a different music video in about 20 minutes (plus rendering time and composition, and whatnot). Quote
