Fletch Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 So the boys got together to celebrate the birth of our dear friend Kami by playing a festive game of kickball. Photography ensues. Epic focus pregame Kami and Zilla. Ballers. Kami. Kicking. Taking a breather. Mojo for the win. Jason catches like a girl. That is to say he dropped it. Victory walk home Quote
RD Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 is that a UFO in the second last shot Quote
Jezpuh Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 Kami. Kicking. You americans just don't know how to kick a ball properly Quote
st0lve Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 Whats kickball anyway? Baseball with a football? Ps My mom is better than kami when it comes to kicking footballs. Quote
TomWithTheWeather Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 It's not a real football. It's not the typical stitched leather of a football (aka soccer ball) as it's made of a thin rubber material. And it's much harder to kick, especially when it's a little bit deflated like the ball we were using. Kickball is basically just like baseball, but the pitcher rolls the ball and the batter kicks. Normal baseball "out" rules apply but you can also hit the runner with the ball in a dodgeball style. Quote
DanielAragon Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 is that a UFO in the second last shot its a water tower. probably has water inside. Quote
Bic-B@ll Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 i guess they haven't invented water yet where rd comes from Quote
Skjalg Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 They probably have, most likely they just havent seen any reason to keep it in towers, since you can just walk down to the lake and get some. Quote
Hipshot Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 is that a UFO in the second last shot its a water tower. probably has water inside. I think it's a real UFO. You know, like the movie ID4. Quote
Fletch Posted January 22, 2006 Author Report Posted January 22, 2006 That's how water towers work. Hydrostatic pressure means taht water stored at a tall height will flow to all the houses nearby correctly. Quote
Erratic Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 It's just a weather balloon people, not much else to see there. Quote
Algor Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 this game is the reason why my legs are incredibly sore. gg. Quote
