st0lve Posted January 14, 2006 Report Posted January 14, 2006 Looks like little red riding hood mod. Quote
Zacker Posted January 14, 2006 Report Posted January 14, 2006 Wow what a change! Looks pretty good and not filled with physcics props. The cliffs near the player on the left could use some more polygons though. Quote
2d-chris Posted January 14, 2006 Report Posted January 14, 2006 for the best remake of a cs level gameplay wise id stick with cobble, all was good with the first css levels, now tutrtle rock keep changing what make the levels so damn fun. Ofcourse from an art point of view i'd say train or inferno, but when was cs ever about art? cs_militia is such an awesome level, i hope they don't screw that up Quote
Zacker Posted January 14, 2006 Report Posted January 14, 2006 But cbble looks like shit and you can cut the poly count in half without visual impact. I have tried working on parts of cbble and it is horrible mapping. Quote

von*ferret Posted January 14, 2006 Report Posted January 14, 2006 they're not silo's in a missile sense. THey keep grain so I'massuming maybe there will be a wheat field or something in the backyard. Quote

RD Posted January 15, 2006 Report Posted January 15, 2006 Obviously dust2 is the best remake, also gameplaywise Quote
misterbister Posted January 15, 2006 Report Posted January 15, 2006 Militia really looks awesome. However the silos looks too high and too misplaced. Who on earth would like to put those in front of their own house? Quote
DD Posted January 15, 2006 Report Posted January 15, 2006 I'm excited to play it, looks great! The scale seems a little broken but meh. Quote
hamst3r Posted January 15, 2006 Report Posted January 15, 2006 I personally think the best remake by far is nuke. Looks great, has alot of detail, but detail that leaves the gameplay exactly the same. <3 it. Quote
Flight40 Posted January 19, 2006 Report Posted January 19, 2006 http://csnation.net/comments.php?id=816 ... =40#164896 3 new Militia screens... mmmm Quote
Phatsniper Posted January 19, 2006 Report Posted January 19, 2006 Wahey, gonna go try it out with a mate now When you think about how long CS has been around, and how much Valve have made off of CSS, and you see this in tonight's update : "Hostages can open doors and step up onto ledges/stairs now" . . . you gotta laugh Quote
Bic-B@ll Posted January 19, 2006 Report Posted January 19, 2006 i still remember hostage boosting in assault Quote
