Today I was getting a vehicle to have a liscense plate for the office today at the DMV, and these parents let this child, say maybe 2 years old, to go all over the floor. the child, a little girl, found a comb and started to suck on it and than procede to put it in the dirt of a plant and again suck on it. The parents did nothing. A pity. Quote
