well see thats the problem....how fancy/arsty/creative can you be with a standard html webpage? (aka nothing else, just the .html)

Well, you can do as much as you can do with a regular web page, css styling can do prettymuch even without pictures. But I'd also like to hear what you had in mind since I'm gathering info and ideas of my new publishing platform.

Well, yeah, you could Ajaxify the xhtml doc also, but that would be pretty over the top.
