It killed my pc twice - I'm talking stone-cold instant reboots, even though I have such a feature turned off in system options.

But it does look lovely, and the level design is clever. Commentaries are an excellent idea too.

They're still using that ugly water shader though, something like Far Cry's one would be so much better.

opened it for a hot 5 seconds and went back to zbrush cause I got projects to complete it does look tasty though

Well, the techdemo has to at least show what the AI is like.

I retract my statement. In playing through it again (not speed rushing, just another casual play through), it in fact, took 12 minutes to complete.

I just love how earlier Valve said that Lost Coast was about 30 minutes of gameplay.
