curman Posted October 27, 2005 Report Posted October 27, 2005 Hay. I done some photography before with a Nikon F3, but I loaned it off to my brother awhile ago who had an accident it with it.. and lets just say its no longer here. So anyway, I'm seeking a 35mm SLR camera (I assume either by Nikon or Canon) -My budget is 400-500 dollars. With that said, I want the body of the camera as well as atleast one lense. It can be from ebay (used or new) or any site selling them as package deals. I was currently looking at this one: http://consumer.usa.canon.com/ir/contro ... delid=7246 Quote
Kosmo Posted October 27, 2005 Report Posted October 27, 2005 and lets just say its no longer here. Your brother? Well, all I can say is that ANYTHING in Canon Eos series, Eos 30 or better is worth a buy, new or used (tho I must warn you that sometimes if the camera is from the very high end, it most definedly has been used by someone who uses it alot, why else buy a couple of thousand dollar camera so the shutter might have gone past some 20 thousand and might get slower) it doesn't matter, they still rock. Canon has been making the most powerful cameras for well over 40 years so you can't go wrong with it. Quote
