error with prop_physics model

im getting this error in console

Error Vertex File for 'generalvivi\dexter_greendoor.mdl' checksum 36261544 should be -1275068498

the model doesn't show up visable but its there cause i can shoot it. ......... any ideas?

you importing it correctly? You have it set to vertex lit in the shader?

yeah it shows up in the editor and in the model viewer. but not in game.................. im just confused
