Morrissey - Every Day Is Like Sunday. I love him, he's like one of the most awesome text writers ever and his music is great

You're not wrong.

But his stuff with The Smiths is 100x better than his solo career.

I think his stronger solo stuff is excellent. While it's not as consistent, and many of his albums lack the genius of Johnny Marr's guitar-work.. it's still brilliant in its own right.

Don't get me wrong, I love Suedehead etc.

I guess I'm just addicted to Marr's riffs. They're easily the catchiest in the world.
