i just saw Dawn of the Dead... i have to say.. it was a great movie... lots of gore.. lots of evil dead people swarming and killing stuff.. a few little jump-scares and a all around nice massacare of the walking-dead people... some really nice special fx... so if you like horror type movies.. check it out.. it also has some nice comedy in it.. so it aint total horror :)

if you want lame go see Day of dead

Me, Mike, DD, Posteh and two others just had a good time during that movie. Some nice effects but otherwise vvery lame. It was fun to make our own comments on it though.

its not that i find the premise bad, its pretty cool, but it sorta looks like 25 days later ripoff, and that movie had around the same premise and started off really great, but ended up being extremely sucky cuz it became too much splatter n too little tension. So im a bit edgey with these kind of movies, they usually dont do a very good job at keeping you thrilled through the entire movie

but what do i know ;H~

just got back from seeing it. Damn is it great. Its a zombie so you can't expect academy award winning performances, bu tthere really isn't any bad acting in this movie (just maybe some bad character choices).

The effects are top notch.

And Mazzle you can't really say its a 28 Days later rip off, since Dawn of the Dead totally predates 28 days, but anyways this movie keeps going from start to finish (even after the credits are finished - just stick around). I enjoyed it a whole lot better than 28 days and found that this is the type of movie I wanted 28 days later to be.

um, you really shouldnt say "if you like horror at all" go see it, its really not scary, or horrific and if you go in looking for a horror movie i think you might be disappointed

yes, its very gorey, but its also a very character driven story based really on the line between humanity and survival, i thought it was very good

It's a remake of the original "Dawn of the Dead", if anything, 28 Days Later ripped it off. Sheesh, you youngin's I swear.

Dawn of the Dead game

i like horror films... but they dont scare me... and i dont even jump at jump-scare movies... but i do enjoy the senseless killing of zombies and what not... i like watching people running from jason... i like watching people get killed by freddy... i like watching leatherface chase people with a chainsaw...

and how can a remake be a ripoff?.. cept if you are saying its ripping off the original
