Maps that were under creation prior to the announcement of this Contest can be entered, except for any map which was released for public download on the I see no restrictions about being tested before announcement. Also I don't remember the map being publicly visible on steam workshop, it could be hidden or not visible which doesn't violate rules as far as I understand. BARS 1 Quote
